Here are some of our favorite stretches that we use before working out everyday.

You can always find more unique stretches on YouTube…

But these are the ones we use to warm up before working out.

Go thru them; and think about adding them into your warm up/stretching routines before hitting the weights.

Back & Neck Stretch
