Blueberry Smoothie

1 c skim milk
1 c frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 Tbsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil (MUFA)

Add the milk and blueberries in your blender, and blend for 1 minute.

Transfer to glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.

Only 273 calories, but 9 grams of protein…

Perfect for a post workout shake.
