Here is another smoothie recipe that we use when we are looking for a change.
While it is not the ideal fat burning smoothie…
It is a nice change up when that sweet tooth starts bugging you.
Plus, the peanut butter gives you an added protein boost as well.
And the honey really complements the banana and peanut butter flavors as well.
Bottom line… the end product is a smoothie that simply satisfies those sweet cravings we all get from time to time…
Without completely wrecking your fitness & diet regimen.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons blackberry jelly
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana, frozen and chunked
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons wheat germ
In a blender combine milk, jelly, peanut butter, banana, honey and wheat germ. Blend until smooth.
