Here is another killer smoothie that combines several of our favorite foods…
Avocados, berries and bananas.
The avocado provides you with a lot of healthy fats, and the berries and bananas in combination make this one tasty smoothie.
It is pretty easy to make, and you can experiment with the added spices to fit your individual tastes..
The Avocado Berry Banana Smoothie
Half a ripe avocado
1 to 1 1/2 frozen bananas
4 to 5 frozen or fresh strawberries
Splash non‐fat soy or other nut milk
Whatever else strikes your fancy. . .
Nuts, fruits, spices, etc throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until desired texture is reached.
I prefer it smooth, but some like a chunkier drink. Very, very delicious!
This recipe serves one, so double the ingredients if sharing with a friend.
