But why should you actually listen to anything I have to say?

My Story- The Short Version

I’ve been on the fitness journey for over 30 years.

It started back in the Army in the mid 80’s.

I was a tank commander on the East/West German border…

And physical training was a daily mission.

What started with daily workouts in the Army turned into a habit…

And I now feel guilty when I miss some kind of PT every day…. 30+ years later.

And Now…

I work out at my local gym at least 5 days a week… And I have picked up a few tips and tricks from years of trial and error in the gym.

Talking with one of the personal trainers in my gym, he pointed out that I was in pretty good shape for someone 50+…(I STILL do a lot of pushups every day… Good Army training…)

And he suggested that I take the course to become a personal trainer…

I took his suggestion, and finished the Action Personal Training Program.

There is a lot of great information in the Action personal trainer course that I try and share on the site (without becoming too technical)…

Along with some other tips and tricks I have picked up along the way.

It is fun, something I find fascinating…

And the end product is keeping in great shape in even my 50s.
